the scientist did indeed say he would lead these efforts;
a rain, watering structure is something he feels quite
passionate about as well mikey.
I will see when he can get out to the lot
to brainstorm; and we will in turn rock
out the lowe's grant.

When I was talking with Holly she said that a certain well-known artist in KC would be happy to construct the structure, if we could get the materials for it and coordinate he effort. Holly also mentioned she might know of sources to get the materials.
This should be headed up by the scientist, if he's ready to start.
